Double Choc Cookies
Agak2 nipu ya judulnya…kalo diartiin double choc artinya kan banyak chocolatenya, dua kali lipat hihihihihi….Oh, I see…double choc disini mungkin maksudnya udah pake cocoa powder masih pake chocolate chips juga kali hihihihi…..Kalo di resep sih aslinya, pake bittersweet chocolate yg dichopped.Secara gw masih punya sisa choco chips yg bekas bikin cookies dulu, ya udah, fungsikan saja apa yg ada hihihihi…Trus di resep dibilang pake dried sour cherries, gw ganti pake kismis :)).Kalo sekolah gw pasti kena hukuman mulu nih, ngebantah aja soalnya hahahaha….Oiya, resep ini gw dapet dari buku 1 Dough 100 Cookies, hadiah dari si Linda waktu abis dapet “upah ngeburuh” jadi arsitek hihihihi….
Ingredients :
– 1 cup butter, softened
– scant 3/4 cup superfine sugar
– 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
– 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 12 oz/350g bittersweet chocolate, chopped
– 1/4 cup dried sour cherries (I use raisins)
– salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F/190C.Line 2 cookie sheets with baking parchment
2. Put the butter and sugar into a bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon, then beat in the egg yolk and vanilla extract.
3. Sift together the flour , unsweetened cocoa, and a pinch of salt into the mixture, add the choped chocolate and raisins, and stir until thoroughly combined.
4. Scoop up tablespoons of the mixture and shape into balls.Put them on the prepared cookie sheets spaced well apart and flatten slightly.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.Let cool on the cookie sheets for 5-10 minutes, then using a metal spatula, carefully transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
