Sambal Goreng Ati Kentang

Jalan2 ke Pike Market, liat seafood bertebaran, liat ada sisa ati ayam sedikit, langsung kepikir bikin sambal goreng *ga nyambung yaaa LOL*
Resepnya gw dapet di situsnya bunda inong,www.dapurbunda.blogspot.com.Gampang, simpel bumbunya, dan cepet hehehehe…

Bahan-bahan :
– 500 gr hati sapi dan ampela, rebus sampe matang, potong dadu
– 1 biji kentang, potong dadu, goreng setengah matang
– 4 siung bawang putih
– 5 siung bawang merah
– 2 sdm cabe giling
– 2 lbr daun jeruk
– 1 btg sereh, geprek
– 2 lbr daun salam
– 1 iris laos, geprek
– 1/2 bh tomat, iris (ga pake, lagi ga ada:( )
– garam
– merica
– gula
– 200 ml santan kental

sambal-goreng-ati

Cara memasak :
1. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sampe harum
2. Masukkan cabe giling, aduk rata
3. Masukkan ati sapi, lalu masukkan semua bumbu yg lainnya, aduk rata
4. Tuang santan, aduk sampai mendidih
5. Masukkan kentang, aduk rata
6. Kecilkan api sambil sesekali diaduk sampai matang, sajikan
